Bayside Nurses is a one of the Registered NDIS Provider in the Melbourne area. We offer a wide range of disability-related services for people with special needs. Our services are tailor-made, allowing customers to choose and adapt services that best meet their unique needs and preferences.
Our practical and motivational approach empowers people to develop the skills needed to live independently and enhance their quality of life. This includes supporting individuals in activities that make them feel strong and healthy, such as taking charge of their own lives, being adaptable, and actively participating in community activities.
We also have professionals who are able to deliver tailored intervention to address the more complex and behavioural needs of Australian with disabilities. Our extensive years of experience enable us to know every individual journey to a life of meaning and purpose is different, which is why we are dedicated to helping everyone attain their dreams. And this is why we deliver support services in a way that is adjustable and offers positive choice and control to their lives.

About Us
At Bayside Nurses, we help NDIS participants enhance their lives. Our services provide easy and reliable access to health, wellbeing, positive behavior support, and employment opportunities.
Bayside Nurses began offering allied health services to the NDIS in early 2020. Supported by our parent company, Med Health, we initially focused on delivering exceptional occupational therapy and exercise physiology services to individuals with disabilities. Our services quickly expanded to include dedicated, timely, and tailored assessment and therapy solutions for people with disabilities across the Victoria in the ACT.
In 2021, we expanded our services to include physiotherapy. In August of the same year, we welcomed additional clinicians and a broader range of services to our national team through the transition of NDIS services from our sister company, at Work Australia. The services transitioning to Ability Action Australia from at work Victoria included:
- NDIS clinical services
- Psychology- Support to reduce or eliminate concerning behaviors.
- Positive Behaviour Support- Treatment of mental health and emotional conditions.
Today, we help people of all ages with what they need to improve their access, development and independence, and we support them to improve their overall health, wellbeing and function. Our business is focused on the positive abilities of every person we support, and we are about action – getting the support that people need, when they need it.
Our expanding national team of dedicated clinicians proudly represents a responsive, respectful, and empowering provider. We connect participants to essential services and help them lead more fulfilling lives.
